Modifying Your Post Template to add Tags (Wordpress)
First is you need to locate your post template. It is different in many template but normally it is in “single.php /Single Post”. All you need to do is analyze your single.php and determine where do you want to place your TAGS. For best result, it is recommended on the bottom part of the page before the comment box. It should be similar to this:
Then insert this code “<p><?php the_tags( ‘<p>Tags: ‘, ‘, ‘, ‘</p>’); ?></p>” in any place inside your single.php you desired. As I have mentioned, it should be on the bottom part of your page after your post or before the comment box.Now after doing that, check one of your post and see if everything is ok and look for your tags. Re-edit your single.php if you want to do some adjustment. That’s it! You successfully put your tags in your Wordpress Post template.
